USA. Judge OKs Nudity at San Onofre’s Trail 6
The judge has spoken: Beachgoers at San Onofre’s State Beach Trail 6 can leave the bathing suit in the beach bag. The ruling from Judge Sheila Fell of the Orange County Superior Court came in at the end of the day Wednesday, August 27. In June, the California State Parks started warning beachgoers at Trail 6 at San Onofre State Beach—an unofficial nude beach—that clothing would soon be required. The plan was to ban nude sunbathing after Labor Day, but the Naturist Action Committee and the Friends of San Onofre State Beach filed a lawsuit against the California State Parks in July and put a hold on that action plan. Jennifer Love Hewitt: I Wish I Stayed Nude From Age 12-28
¿How has your relationship with your body changed over the years? "I so wish I had listened to my mom and grandma when I was 18 and would complain about some little tiny bump or feeling bloated. They’d say, “Sweetheart, appreciate it for all it’s worth because it all changes when you get into your 30s.” I used to scoff and say, “No, I feel fat today!” Now the joke’s on me. I wish I had been nude from the time I was 12 until I was 28. I looked great! I want to tell all young girls to walk around in bikinis all summer—and enjoy it. I want to tell them to never, ever feel bad about anything, because there will be that one day in your 20s when you’ll eat a hamburger and actually see the hamburger on the side of your leg. Initially it’s shocking, and you think, Whoa, I have to actually think about what I eat and work out double the amount I did before. Then you go, Well, now my body gets to make children, which is so cool. And I suddenly don’t look like a little girl anymore. I look like a woman. How exciting is that? You start to find value in other things", actress tells. [Source: Health magazine]

The Westmore Selectboard isn't going to enact an anti-nudity ordinance that would force people who use a nude beach on Lake Willoughby to put their bathing suits on. At a meeting on Monday the board decided to table the anti-nudity issue, although board members said they would continue to consider the opinions of people favoring the ordinance. For decades the beach at Lake Willoughby has been what nudists call "clothing optional." [Source: TimeArgus]
